Brad Spencer

Brad Spencer has been with Imperial Manufacturing Group since 2002 and served in a series of key executive positions through which he was instrumental in driving the development and expansion of sales and manufacturing in the United States.   In 2016 Spencer was appointed to role of President and Chief Operating Officer.

Imperial Manufacturing Group, founded in 1979 in Richibucto, New Brunswick, Canada, is a world-class manufacturer of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and building products for the residential and commercial market.

Spencer first joined Imperial as its US Operations Manager in 2002. He then led the Canadian operations teams as Director of Manufacturing and Plant Operations from 2003 until 2006. Spencer went on to direct the company’s global customer relations and marketing divisions, as well as serving as Director of US Sales and Marketing, and finally as Executive Vice-President of Sale and Marketing before becoming President.

Greg Merchant

Greg Merchant has been with The Duc-Pac Corporation since 2001 and led the company as both the Sales and General Manager.  Duc-Pac manufactures a full line of round and rectangular prefabricated duct for residential venting and forced air systems. 

In 2020, Merchant became co-owner and President of Duc-Pac where he orchestrated a full modernization of the company.  Previously based in East Longmeadow, MA for approximately 60+ years, Merchant facilitated a move of Duc-Pac to Springfield, MA.  This was not just a move to a larger, modernized plant, but also included new senior management hires and implementation of a new ERP system.

Matthew Sweet

Michael Kelley

Mike Kelley is President of Seal-Tite, LLC, in Hillsboro, OH, a manufacturer of HVAC Duct, Pipe and Fittings and has been with Seal-Tite since buying the company in 1999. Seal-Tite manufacturers air distribution products for energy efficient distribution of conditioned air while maximizing indoor air quality and comfort.

Previously, Kelley worked for Richards Industries in Cincinnati, OH, from 1981 to 1998, parent company of Jordan Valve, Hex Valve and other lines serving the chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. He served as Regional Sales Manager, VP of Corporate Development and then President / CEO.
